That chip utilized Intel’s 5-volt Socket 4, was build on an 800-nanometer process and carried 3.1 million transistors. Outlook.com Hits 60 million users in six months

Samsung's record quarter: $8.3 billion profit, 63 million phones sold

Samsung has announced its fifth consecutive record-breaking quarter driven by strong sales of Galaxy devices, improving chip prices and increased demand for smartphone displays.
